Guests and Livestream

Those who are not clergy or lay delegates to ACS are welcome to attend any or all sessions as a Guest or watch the Livestream. Mealtime events, for which you must register in advance, are also open to all who wish to attend.

To attend as a guest, enter the doors at the West Lobby of the Convention Center on 13th Street. Proceed up the stairs, escalator or lift to the Second Level and find the “Oasis” Table in the Lobby area. You will then be able to register as a guest and sit in the guest section of the Plenary, Laity and Legislative Sessions.

The Plenaries and Worship services will be Livestreamed on the Conference YouTube and will also be viewable from the conference website.

Pre-Conference Journal

The Pre-Conference Journal is available on the conference website.

Section 2 contains all the Legislation, including the four items that our Climate Justice Ministries Task Force has submitted. They are items 12, 13, 15, and 17 on pages 51-62 of the journal (also numbered as pages 40-51 in the Section 2 numbering scheme).

Section 3 contains all the Reports, including the report submitted by our Climate Justice Ministries Task Force. It is on pages 87-88 of the journal (also numbered as pages 18-19 in the Section 3 numbering scheme).

For your convenience, here are two documents containing only our legislation and report.

The text of the legislation is also viewable on our website.

Sustainable ACS

  • Water Bottles and Travel Cups
Bring your reusable water bottle and your travel coffee cup to ACS!! Help us reduce what’s getting tossed out. The water fountains at the convention center have filtered water and they will be well identified for you to find.  Starbucks, located in the Convention Center, will give you a discount for using your own cup. If you have an extra water bottle and would like to donate it for someone else to use, please, bring it along.  There will be a place for them at the Oasis table in the Lobby. Bottled water will not be available.
  • Ride Sharing
If you are traveling to ACS, then please try to ride share or use public transport as much is feasible.
  • Avoiding Paper
Please consider how much you are printing and use your electronic devices as much as possible.

DiGital Displays

On the Conference Digital Display page, there is a 6-minute Task Force video and a 3-minute Sacred Ground video.

Display Table & Handouts

We have a Display Table in the Display area. Stop by to take a look at the information there. During the breaks, you should find one of us there to talk to you.

We have a limited number of printed handouts at the display table, so please consider going paperless and download them from here:
